About DNS Records
DNS (Domain Name System) translates human-readable domain names into IP addresses and other resource records. This tool queries Google's public DNS-over-HTTPS service.
A — Maps a domain to an IPv4 address
AAAA — Maps a domain to an IPv6 address
MX — Mail exchange servers for the domain
CNAME — Canonical name, aliases one domain to another
TXT — Text records, often used for verification & SPF
NS — Nameservers authoritative for the domain
SOA — Start of Authority, zone administration info
